ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Unless you have received the wrong order or a defected/damaged item, there are no exceptions after the order is fulfilled and shipped.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE AFTER IT IS PICKED UP BY THE CARRIER (UPS/USPS/DHL).

Pre orders cannot be refunded due to our all sales are final policy, if you made a pre order you will receive your product no matter what. We do not refund shipping on Pre Order items since all pre orders will be shipped at the same rate it was purchased.
